What is Obscura Supply Co.?

 



Obscura Supply Co. is an apparel brand inspired by vintage sci-fi, mystery, strange Americana, and the unexplained. Our collections are built around mood, story, and style — clothing for people drawn to the weird, the stylish, and the unknown.



Are your items made to order?



Many of our products are made to order. That means your item is created after you place your order rather than pulled from a large warehouse shelf.


Because of this, processing and shipping may take a little longer than traditional retail.



How long does shipping take?



Orders are typically processed within 10-14 business days before shipping.

    Shipping times are estimates and can vary based on carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume periods.



    How much is shipping?



    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.


    We may occasionally offer promotional shipping discounts or free shipping on qualifying orders.



    Will I receive tracking information?



    Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


    Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.



    Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?



    Some items may ship separately depending on the product type or fulfillment location. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive tracking details for each package when available.



    Do you accept returns or exchanges?



    Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:


    • ordering the wrong size
    • changing your mind
    • preferring a different color or style



    However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.



    What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?



    Please email us at Obscurasupplycompany@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with:


    • your order number
    • a brief description of the issue
    • clear photos of the item and packaging



    If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.



    Can I cancel or change my order?



    If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at Obscurasupplycompany@gmail.com.


    We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or fulfillment.



    What if I entered the wrong shipping address?



    Please contact us immediately at Obscurasupplycompany@gmail.com if you notice an address error.


    We cannot promise changes can be made after an order is placed, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.



    Do you offer international shipping?



    Not at this time



    What if my package is lost or marked delivered but I don’t have it?



    Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.


    If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found:


    • check around your delivery location
    • check with neighbors or household members
    • contact the carrier directly using your tracking number



    You can also contact us and we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.



    How do I choose the right size?



    Please review the sizing information provided on each product page before ordering.


    Because many items are made to order, we recommend checking measurements carefully to avoid sizing issues.



    How should I care for my items?



    For best results, follow the care instructions listed on the product page or garment label.


    In general, apparel lasts longest when washed cold, turned inside out, and tumble dried low or air dried.
