Shipping Policy
At Obscura Supply Co., we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are made to order, shipping times may be a little different than those of traditional retail stores. We appreciate your patience and support.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipment.
Please note:
- Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods, launches, or seasonal sales, processing may take a little longer.
- Some items may ship separately depending on product type or fulfillment location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking to update after your package has been marked as shipped.
Split Shipments
Because some of our products may be produced and fulfilled separately, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Obscura Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at Obscurasupplycompany@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier.
Obscura Supply Co. is not responsible for:
- lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- delays caused by the carrier
- delays due to weather, customs, or other transit issues outside our control
If your package appears to be lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You may also reach out to us at Obscurasupplycompany@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at obscurasupplycompany@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll review the issue and work with you on a solution.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.
