Returns & Refund Policy

At Obscura Supply Co., many of our items are made to order. Because of that, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or preferring a different color or style after delivery.


We will gladly help if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Obscurasupplycompany@gmail.com


Please include:


  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem



If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.



Returns & Exchanges



Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • buyer’s remorse
  • incorrect size selection
  • color preference
  • accidental orders



Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.



Non-Returnable Items



The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:


  • made-to-order items
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • any item marked final sale




Order Changes & Cancellations



If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [your email address].


We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted for production or fulfillment.



Refunds



If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.



Lost or Stolen Packages



We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. You can also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help where possible.
